SEASON/SIGN UPS


Lacrosse is a SPRING sport. We will start up the End of February and will end in May. We would like to get players signed up ASAP for the up and coming season. Go to your players designated club page to sign-up. Also, please sign up on our mailing list for more information. 


After Signing your player up please,
put your player's name, size and number (numbers are subject to change) on our Contact Us.To keep you informed on anything going on in IRON COUNTY LACROSSE.

US LACROSSE INSURANCE


MANDATORY ALL PLAYERS, must have insurance to play Lacrosse. Iron County Lacrosse is part of US Lacrosse. It cost $35.00 a year and includes a subscription to US Lacrosse Magazine, stickers and membership.

Because we are a club sport there are Registration FEES to help us grow. Here is all that is included with Iron County Lacrosse Club Fees. 


  • Team Pinny
  • Game Uniforms (Middle & High School)
  • Pre-season Workouts
  • Clinics & Mini Camps 
  • February, March, April and May practices, games.
  • 3 days a week practice

We are also part of US Lacrosse and all players must sign up for membership/insurance to play, so please go to:

Lacrosse is a very physical and very rewarding sport. Boys and Girls lacrosse play in very different ways and we need to make sure that our athletes are always protected and safe. Above is a diagram for what equipment is needed to play lacrosse. 


BOYS need:

  • Helmet
  • Shoulder pads
  • Arm Pads
  • Gloves
  • Mouth piece 
  • Jock Strap/cup
  • Cleats
  • Lacrosse Stick (Very Different from Girls boy's has a deep pocket)


GIRLS need:

  • Eye goggles
  • Cleats
  • Mouth piece
  • Lacrosse Stick (Very Different from Boy is flat NO pocket)

GEAR


As you can see this is the typical Lacrosse gear. If your lacrosse player has played hockey a lot of the equipment can be used. With the addition of elbow pads, lacrosse stick and ball. Also, players must have a jock strap, cleats and moth guard.

We are looking for coaches to help out no experience needed.
